The World Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences (WJMPS) is a monthly journal dedicated to the dissemination of original research articles, review articles, case reports, and short communications across various fields, including Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology. These encompass diverse disciplines such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Pharmacy Practice including Hospital Community and Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Marketing Research, and Alternative Medicines.

WJMPS operates with a commitment to providing free and unlimited access to both abstracts and full-text articles. The journal emphasizes rapid publication and offers convenient features like online research article tracking, as well as email and SMS alerts. Manuscripts undergo rigorous review processes with the understanding that the submitted work has not been previously published, is not under consideration elsewhere, and has obtained necessary approval from all authors and affiliated institutions.

The manuscript types accepted by the World Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences include:

  1. Original Research Articles
  2. Review Articles
  3. Short Communications
  4. Case StudiesSubmission of the Manuscript:

All submissions must be in English and should be made through the online submission system. Each manuscript will receive a unique manuscript ID, and all correspondence will be conducted via email. Authors are encouraged to suggest up to three potential reviewers, along with their contact details (email addresses are essential). Manuscripts can be submitted through the online submission process. In case of any issues with online submission, manuscripts can be sent to our email addresses: editor@wjmps.net or editor.wjmps@gmail.com, along with a covering letter, preferably from the corresponding author.

    Manuscript Structure:

Manuscripts should be typewritten in MS Office (2003 or above), with 1.5 line spacing on A4-sized sheets. Pages should be numbered consecutively, with a 1″ margin on all sides. Times New Roman font should be used, with a font size of 12 for the main text and 14 for the title, which should be in bold uppercase letters. Section titles should be in bold uppercase letters with a font size of 12, while subtitles within each section should be in bold lowercase letters with a font size of 12. Illustrations (Figures & Tables) must be inserted at appropriate places in the article. Standard International Units should be used throughout the text. Decorative borders, including on the title page, are not allowed. The manuscript should begin with the title page and follow this order:

Title Page: The title should be concise and provide precise information about the contents. It should be followed by the full names of the authors, their affiliations, and institutional addresses. The Corresponding Author should be marked with an asterisk (*) and listed first. Additionally, the corresponding author must include their telephone and email address at the bottom left corner of the title page. If co-authors are from different organizations, their addresses should also be mentioned and indicated using numbers after their names. A maximum of six authors is allowed.

Abstract: Provide an abstract of 150-250 words on a separate page. The abstract should be concise, informative, and completely self-explanatory, briefly presenting the topic, stating the scope of the experiments, indicating significant data, and highlighting major findings and conclusions. Standard nomenclature should be used, and abbreviations and references should be avoided.

Keywords: Provide three to six appropriate keywords after the abstract.

Materials and Methods: This section should be complete enough to allow experiments to be reproduced. Describe all procedures in detail, cite previously published procedures, and briefly mention any important modifications. Capitalize trade names and include the manufacturer’s name and address. Use subheadings where necessary. Methods in general use need not be described in detail.

Results: Present results and their significance clearly and concisely, preferably using graphs and tables that are self-explanatory.

Discussion: This section should contain a critical review of the results in the context of relevant literature. Results and Discussion may be combined.

Conclusions: Clearly state the main conclusions of the research and provide a clear explanation of their importance and relevance. Summary illustrations may be included.

Acknowledgement: Place acknowledgments in a separate section after the conclusion. If external funding was obtained for the study, it should be mentioned under a separate header titled “Funding,” following the acknowledgments.

References: Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the bibliographic information. References should be numbered consecutively in the order they are cited in the text and designated by superscript with square brackets after punctuation marks. A separate list should be included on 1.5 spaced pages at the end of the text. Follow the examples provided for journal references, books, patents, and websites. Tables and figures should be included at appropriate places in the manuscript. Figures must be numbered independently of tables, multimedia, and 3D models, cited as relevant points in the manuscript text, and consecutively numbered in Arabic numerals. All figures, including photographs, should have brief titles in lowercase boldface letters below them. Ensure that any figure directly extracted from previously published materials has written permission from the publisher for reprint use, and a copy of that permission release must be submitted with the article.

Review Articles: Review articles should not exceed 25 pages and should comprehensively cover relevant literature. Although review articles need not be divided into sections like Materials and Methods, and Results and Discussion, they should have an abstract and introduction.

Short Communications: The research and technical communications section (maximum 3,000 words) is open to interesting results worthy of publication without requiring an extensive introduction and discussion. This section should be organized as follows: Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion (combined). Provide no more than 10 references. Tables, figures, and references should be arranged in the same way as for research papers. Brevity of presentation is essential for this section.

Ensure that chemical terminology is in accordance with that used in Chemical Abstracts, biological nomenclature is in italics, enzyme nomenclature follows IUPAC-IUB recommendations, and only standard abbreviations are used. Avoid abbreviations in the title, and the full term for an abbreviation should precede its first use in the text unless it is a standard unit of measurement.

Ethical Matters: Authors using experimental animals and human subjects in their research must seek approval from the appropriate Institutional Animal Ethics Committee and include a statement in the Materials and Methods section verifying approval and informed consent.

Publication Malpractice: The WJMPS journal upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and takes measures against any publication malpractices. Authors submitting works to WJMPS attest that the submitted works represent their original contributions, have not been plagiarized, and disclose any conflicts of interest. Double-blind peer review is conducted to prevent conflicts of interest between editorial and review personnel and reviewed material. Any departures from these rules should be reported to the Editors-in-Chief.

Authorship: All named authors must agree to submission, and the paper must not be under consideration elsewhere. Any changes to the author list after submission require approval from all authors via signed letter.

Copyright: Submission of the manuscript implies that it has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere. Authors will be required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement Form upon acceptance.

Galley Proofs: Galley proofs are sent to the address provided for correspondence. It is the corresponding author’s responsibility to ensure timely return of galley proofs.

Privacy Statement: Names and email addresses entered on the journal site will only be used for journal purposes and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Author Fees: The journal charges no fees for article submission. However, if a paper is accepted for publication, an Article Publication Fee will be required to cover publication costs.
